Confirm Dope offers this website, including all information, products, services, and tools available through it, conditioned upon your acceptance of these Terms of Service and all other policies referenced herein.

By visiting our website, purchasing merchandise from us, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not access the website or purchase our products.

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to offer our products and services to you.

  1. ELIGIBILITY AND ONLINE STORE TERMS

By using this website, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or jurisdiction of residence or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use this website.

You may not use our products, website, or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose. You may not violate any applicable law in connection with your use of the website.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel an order, or restrict access to the website when reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, photographs, colors, sizing information, materials, and other details accurately. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on your screen, device settings, lighting, garment production, printing process, and other factors.

Measurements and sizing information are provided as a guide. Minor variations may occur between individual garments or production batches. Customers are responsible for reviewing all available sizing information before placing an order.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without notice. Product availability is not guaranteed.

  1. PRICES AND PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Prices are displayed in United States dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability may change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, inaccurate product information, pricing errors, or omissions. If an error affects an order you placed, we may contact you for instructions or cancel the affected order and issue an appropriate refund.

Discounts and promotional codes:

  • Must be used before they expire;

  • Cannot be applied after an order has been submitted;

  • Cannot be redeemed for cash;

  • May not be combined unless expressly permitted; and

  • May be limited or discontinued at our discretion.

  1. ORDERS

Submitting an order does not guarantee its acceptance. We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

  • Product unavailability;

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity;

  • Incorrect pricing or product information;

  • Payment-processing problems;

  • Shipping restrictions; or

  • Orders that appear intended for unauthorized resale.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method for the canceled amount.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, payment, and contact information. Confirm Dope is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

  1. PAYMENT

You agree to pay all charges associated with your order, including applicable product prices, shipping charges, taxes, and other amounts displayed at checkout.

Payment information is processed by Shopify and applicable third-party payment providers. Confirm Dope does not directly store complete payment-card information.

Payment authorization does not guarantee order acceptance. Orders may be reviewed, declined, or canceled when fraud, identity, payment, or inventory concerns arise.

  1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Processing and transit times may be affected by order volume, carrier delays, weather, holidays, emergencies, incorrect addresses, and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect address, refused package, or unclaimed package may be the customer’s responsibility to the extent permitted by law.

Risk of loss and responsibility for shipped merchandise will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the carrier’s delivery records.

If an order appears lost, arrives damaged, contains incorrect merchandise, or is missing an item, contact us promptly at confirmdope.com@gmail.com with your order number and relevant photographs or documentation.

  1. RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS

Except for merchandise that arrives defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including incorrect size or color selection, change of mind, buyer’s remorse, personal preference, or an item not fitting as expected.

An issue involving defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing merchandise must be reported within 14 calendar days of delivery. Merchandise submitted for consideration must remain unworn, unwashed, unused, unaltered, and in its original condition, unless the nature of the reported defect makes one of these requirements unreasonable.

Customers must contact us and receive return authorization before mailing merchandise. Complete eligibility requirements, exclusions, and procedures are provided in our Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service.

If these Terms conflict with our Return and Refund Policy regarding a return or refund, the Return and Refund Policy will control, subject to applicable law.

We may remove submissions that violate these terms. We are not obligated to publish every review or submission.
